You walk through the transom by lifting the gate and stepping into the cockpit. There are two large fold down benches running the length of the transom providing lots of seating and the cushions are in good condition not UV damaged. They look great. You have a choice of built in steps on your starboard leading up to the bridge or sliding the curved glass door to enter the cabin. I choose the stairs to head topside for the view. I notice cockpit and stair lighting climbing up the owner has changed out the old lighting for update blue LED lighting and he tells me the back of the boat glows blue at night. -Cool! As I climb the stairs you notice the blue canvass and the shiny and clean eisenglass...in like-new condition surrounding the flybridge with screens. The helm and the seating is large and spacious with two captain's swivel seats in very good condition. All of the cushions look great and the view is amazing with it's outstretched bow before you.Electronics include a Garmin GPS chart plotter, radar, depth finder, VHF radio and more...Sliding open the salon glass tinted door you are greeted to a spacious interior of beautiful natural cherry wood cabinetry and light colored fabrics. On your port is a large curved leatherette sofa with a raised dinette table. The dinning table is large and ample for many people for eating and lots of card games at night. The windows are sliding for great breezes or you can close up on those warm nights and enjoy the 2 zone A/C. The front zone control located on the top of the foot dresser in the Forward island stateroom is for the lower boat and the salon has it's own A/C unit and controls. There is an entertainment cabinet immediately to starboard upon entering with flat screen TV and DVD player. Lots of amble storage in the salon area and even under and behind the sofa. The boat smells clean and fresh.Stepping down you notice the new teak and holly floor in the galley with sink, microwave, stove top, and full sized refrigerator and top freezer. The galley has a Corian looking top with sink cover and lots of storage for fixing gourmet meals. One more step down and to the starboard is a surprise door...it is a private shower room with seat. -Spacious and great for all those times when multiple people are getting ready to go out for dinner at the yacht club and someone else can use the spacious head with wood cabinets and large mirror, while the next person is showering.On the port side is the spacious aft stateroom with wood cabinets and a skylight panel with port window. The forward island stateroom features lots of storage and a full length lazzaratte for hanging clothes and one built-in seat to starboard for sitting and tying shoes. Overhead is a screened large hatch providing good airflow.I decide to venture out and walk around the outside rail to the bow. The owner says he has a large foredeck cushion in great shape that fits around the hatch area. I notice the new anchor and line and the newer windlass (2011). Of course the bow is spacious and has 2 fender holders to hold 4 fenders neatly out of the way. I glance up at the shiny eisenglass and notice the air horns and the search light as well as a white canvass covering the front windshield which is in great condition as well.The boat was recently waxed and serviced. It is ready for your sea trial...You must see this yacht to understand all of the features and luxury.
